Each order will be processed and confirmed within 1 business days. We guarantee that ALL orders will be in-stock and shipped the following day by UPS or USPS. If we don't ship after 1 business days, customers may cancel the order with NO QUESTIONS asked. We literally keep 90% of the parts we sell in-stock and that is how we can provide you with this guarantee. Some exception includes Full Coilover Kits by Ksport, FMIC Kits by Perrin, and a few other large ticket items.

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within the state of Texas will be charged the applicable sales tax (currently 8.25%).
Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on electrical items, special orders or items over 10 days old (this term is based on postal stamp on item package) includes and no returns without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Manufacturer warranty ONLY.
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This applies to only merchandise that can still be returned and refundable.
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hour to change your order.
